Elevate your Old Fashioned with handcrafted bitters, cherries, and sugar cubes. With such a simple recipe, each ingredient has a chance to shine. 

This kit includes:

• Orange Spice Mini Bitters Kit
• Cocktail Cherries Kit
• Spiced Sugar Cubes

The Orange Spice Mini Bitters Kit makes 16 to 20 ounces of orange bitters by adding 500 ml of vodka, a fresh orange peel, and simple syrup. Instructions are included for both rapid sous-vide infusion and longer room temp infusion, which produces more complex flavors.

 The Cocktail Cherries Kits makes 8 ounces of cocktail cherries with options for vodka, brandy, or non-alcoholic cherries, chocolate cherries, and sugar-free cherries. The cherries are grown right here in Northern Nevada and freeze-dried in our shop.

The Spiced Sugar Cubes are made from organic sugar, spices, and our winter seasonal Cinnamon Ginger Bitters. The cubes are half the size of normal sugar cubes, allowing more control over the exact level of sweetness.

Dried orange peel, caraway seeds, cloves, star anise, horehound leaves, Oregon grape root. 

Cocktail Cherries Kit Ingredients: 
Freeze-dried tart cherries, cinnamon, apricot kernels, cherry seeds.

Spiced Sugar Cube Ingredients: 
Organic sugar, cinnamon, Cinnamon Ginger Bitters.
