We allow returns of most items within 30 days for a full refund (not including shipping) except for custom orders and opened food items. Items must be returned in like-new condition and packaged to prevent shipping damage so we recommend saving the original shipping box. If returned items are damaged, we reserve the right to deduct the cost of the damages from the refund. If you wish to return an order, please visit our returns page.
If you receive a damaged item, please send a photo of the damaged item and package so we can file an insurance claim and send out a replacement.
If you receive an order that is incorrect or missing items, please contact us for a replacement.
Orders containing non-customized items may be canceled at any time prior to shipment. Orders containing customized items may not be canceled once production of the item has started.
