Description

Strawberries are great for flavoring spirits due to the sweet and fruity notes released during infusion. When paired with marshmallow root, you'll end up with a simple, yet delicious concoction ready for mixing. Don't be afraid of a toothache; we use marshmallow root to provide some extra sweetness, but with light earthy and woody notes too. All of these aromas and flavors come together to bring you a perfectly balanced infusion that will elevate your martinis, screwdrivers, or non-alcoholic beverages all the same. All the flavor without the sugar rush!

This kit includes three packets of freeze-dried strawberries and marshmallow root to flavor your favorite vodka or gin. Makes three 750 ml batches. Includes instructions for making an alcohol-free syrup too.
