Non-food items and sealed food items may be returned for a full refund, less shipping costs, up to 30 days after purchase. Opened food items may not be returned for hygiene reasons. If your order is damaged on arrival, please take a photo of the broken items and email email@example.com for replacements. We ship all of our orders with insurance and photographic evidence helps us prove damage for insurance claims.
