Gin hails from Holland where juniper grows abundantly and has been used for its antibacterial properties for centuries. With the recent revival of small distilleries, many regional styles of gin are popping up around the US but they all have one thing in common, they're flavored with juniper berries and many other spices and herbs. Gin flavors are limited only by your imagination and our kit helps you start exploring those flavors.

Kit includes one quart-size mason jar plus enough ingredients to make three batches of gin with your favorite brand of vodka. We recommend choosing a neutral, mid-range vodka for your first batch. You can also add fresh ingredients from your own kitchen, like lemon peel or cucumber.
