Gluten free vanilla is a great addition to the Celiac friendly pantry. We make this extract with only two ingredients: high quality certified gluten-free alcohol and our own blend of fair-trade Madagascar (aka Bourbon) and Tahitian vanilla beans. To avoid any cross-contamination, we use a dedicated set of utensils and work surfaces.
Packaged in amber glass bottles with BPA free lids. Store in a cool, dark place.
The bottles and alcohol are made in the USA, our vanilla comes from small farms in Madagascar and Papua New Guinea.
1 oz is approximately 2 tablespoons or six teaspoons.
