Great book and a good starting point for a novice bitters maker like me. I had great success with the hibiscus bitters and was inspired to creare my own recipe: rosebuds, allspice, vanilla bean, orange zest, hops and angelica root. Steep 10 days and strain. Great in rye whiskey or just sparkling H2O. Reply to this comment
