The kit makes 12 bottles of bitters plus 4 ounces of extra bitters so you can use the included drink recipe as your event's signature cocktail. Excellent for stocking-stuffers and hostess gifts too.
Each kit includes ingredients and instructions to make 16 ounces of bitters, plus 12 one-ounce bottles for gift giving. The bitters should be steeped at least 1 week but the flavor will improve with longer steeping, so plan ahead for your event.

Mole Negro Ingredients: raisins, allspice berries, roasted cacao nibs, cassia cinnamon chips, dried ancho, chipotle, guajillo, and pasilla negro peppers, milk thistle seeds, sesame seeds, pepitas, oregano leaves, wormwood leaves.
Orange Spice Ingredients: dried orange peel, caraway seeds, cloves, star anise, horehound leaves, Oregon grape root.
